There was no explanation why my input was failing when I wanted more than 10 day parking. When I finally called , Janine explained the system "non- response" and provided excellent service. Once I had Janine to help me everything was smooth and the results were super.

Janine did a great job - via the online chat and in taking my reservation over the phone. She set the expectations and outlined the process extremely well. She saved me a little bit of money, and your service saved me a lot of money based on what the other sites were offering. I will recommend your site, and will use it again.
